Lights Out Boxing

This is our signature class. All classes are 10 rounds of fire that you can make as challenging as you like.  No experience needed.  This class incorporates the principles of boxing, strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) all in one.  All 10 rounds are fueled by nothing but Hip Hop and Dance music that will make you want to beat up your punching bags like it's fight night!  So grab your gloves and lets go.  First class is FREE!

Lights Out Boxing -
Sunrise Strikers 

As the saying goes "The early bird gets the worm." This class is for those looking to start their day right. Get your workout in before most of the world lifts their head off of their pillow. This class is the ULITIMATE freestyle based striking workout and brings the heat with 10 or 12 rounds of Boxing, Kickboxing, calisthenics, slam ball action and ground and pound. Get ready to unleash your inner warrior while our sound system shakes the room!

Fitness Kickboxing

Kickboxing offers a full body workout with increased cardiovascular benefits. Burn calories, increase muscle definition and strengthen your torso! Our kickboxing program offers a unique opportunity to work every muscle in your body from head to toe. Not only does it offer one of the greatest calorie-burning opportunities in fitness, but it's also a tremendous tool for building strength and flexibility. Get yourself in class with a heavy bag, hand wraps or a pair of gloves and go! Rarely do we stumble across kickboxers who are not in great shape physically and mentally. Want to be like them? Do what they do!

MMA FIGHT FITNESS

Here at Lights Out Boxing NY in Massapequa Park, we truly believe that being in great shape is an important form of self-defense. We also believe in offering a variety of classes. MMA Fight Fit is the ultimate fitness class combining the principles of Circuit Training and Mixed Martial Arts. Train like a fighter in a class that strengthens you physically and mentally. Our intense, high energy conditioning drills, coupled with techniques from MMA will build your cardio and muscular endurance like you’ve only imagined. This class is designed to be done at your own pace and is for people of all fitness levels.
